The concept

The RTOB concept was created by Dr. Mikael Syväjärvi.

Much of the new comes from research and innovation. That involves students, researchers, entrepreneurs, industry, policy makers, citizens, etc. Everyone indirectly or directly.
Key for that to be useful for the society is transfer of knowledge, skill development and capacity building. People make things happen.

Dr. Syväjärvi has 30 years of experience in various domains. He also has a broad network with even more knowledge from various experiences. The purpose of the RTOB is to facilitate transfer of knowledge.
